What is the maximum CPU load for my VPS?

 

The Max 15 minute load averages are listed below:


Level 1 VPS    =      1.00

Level 2 VPS    =      2.00
Level 3 VPS    =      3.00
Level 4 VPS    =      4.00
Level 5 VPS    =      5.00
Level 6 VPS    =      6.00
Level 7 VPS    =      7.00
Level 8 VPS    =      8.00
 
Cloud Level 1 =      9.00
Cloud Level 2 =    10.00
Cloud Level 3 =    11.00
Cloud Level 4 =    12.00
Cloud Level 5 =    13.00
Cloud Level 6 =    14.00
Cloud Level 7 =    15.00
Cloud Level 8 =    16.00

VPS's that exceed these averages your VPS will be rebooted and a warning will be issued.*
 
VPS's that exceed these averages by 3.00 will be shutdown and a ticket will be opened to you for immediate action (You can boot your vps at any time from the VPS control Panel when you are ready to address this issue)*

VPS's that have a load of 5.00 over their load limit will be suspended with a ticket opened to them with any available options (If no options are included in the ticket that means you would need to call our sales team between 9AM and 5PM CST Monday through Friday for a Dedicated Server quote).*

If 5 warnings go unaddressed by you your VPS will be suspended while we await your reply.

NOTE: If you receive more than 15 warnings in a 30 Day period your VPS will be suspended Requiring an Upgrade.
