What happens if I cannot pay my hosting bill?

 
At Hostwinds, we understand that sometimes you may be late on a payment or need a few days before you can pay.
 
We love our clients, and are more than willing to work with you on a late payment.
 
If you need assistance with a late payment, please submit a ticket before your invoice date is up asking for an invoice extension andlet us know how long you need it to be extended.
Generally, we can extend up to a week without issue.
 
If you do not alert us a head of time, and your invoice becomes unpaid on the due date, your service will be automatically suspended (temporarily turned off) until you pay again.
 
You have a two weekgrace period after your due date. If you pass this grace period without payment, your service is considered no longer wanted and will be auto terminated to clear resources for new clients.
